RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we want to make things right. We try to make exchanges easy. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll come up with a solution for you.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item is defective or not as described there is no fee to return or exchange.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, we cannot provide a refund unless we are unable to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order at any time due to supply issues, shipping delays, suspicion of fraud, or a product becoming unavailable.

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to sender there will be an additional fee required to reship your order. Please triple check your address when submitting your order. The fee is assessed on a case by cased and is based calculated based on the cost of a new label plus the added expense for our warehouse to receiving your item and sort and reship. 

Refunds

  • PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
  • Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
  • ShopPay: If you used one of our "ShopPay" options, these refunds will be processed back to the card on file. Each shop pay option has specific terms and conditions that may apply to you.
